“Where’s the beef?” Well you can find it in 4-H Livestock Clubs.  These clubs teach youth the skills needed to become beef producers, as well as develop other important life skills. The Market Steer Project involves the purchasing calves in late fall and feed, care for, and groom the steers in preparation for showing and selling them at Livestock shows.
