4-H Enrollments are due by November 1, 2008

 

Please turn in your enrollment forms and dues to the Morgan County Extension Office by November 1, 2008.  We would like enrollments turned in early this year so we can prepare for the 2008-2009 4-H Year.

The forms can be found under general forms, you may print them, fill out and mail to us along with your enrollment dues.  Remember $5 for youth involved with the Horse Program and $4 for all other youth.  Make checks payable to USU Extension and mail to Morgan County Extension, PO BOX 720, Morgan 84050
